Below we have outlined what is included in the experience. You are responsible for booking your own travel to the hotel and the hotel room itself. Participants can plan to room together if they wish. Booking yourself allows you to bundle and save on things like airfare and the hotel stay.

Cast on by the coast at Skein to Sea.: To close out the retreat, each guest receives a Grand Farewell Box filled with goodies that
commemorate the trip, the memories, and the magic we made together.
Some notes:
The hotel is about 25 mins from the MCO airport.
Uber or some sort of private transportation to take you to the hotel is needed. The short ride is very affordable through Uber. You are responsible for this transportation.
We have a shuttle available through the resort hotel for our universal Citywalk day to and from the hotel and we will provide your transportation for our yarn crawl day for all of our stops.
The Hotel can help you with accommodations for a scooter rental should you need one. A
popular company used is ScooterBug Orlando for renting.
2 dinners are included in your trip. There is an onsite windjammer/cafeteria style restaurant called Pier 8 where all types of foods can be purchased at the hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinners.
Our movie night will happen in our 2 bed suite! Bring your pillows , blankets, and pjs!

Yarn Crawl Retreat Agreement (we will email this to you to sign after paying your deposit)
This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participation in the Woolen Women
Fibers Skein to Seas Mini Yarn Crawl Retreat. By submitting payment, participants
acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Information
Event: Woolen Women Fibers Skein to Sea Mini Yarn Crawl Retreat
Location: Universal Dockside Inn and Suites
Trip Dates: May 14 th -May16th 2027
2. Pricing; Payment Terms
The total cost of the retreat is $1,500 per participant.
A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required to reserve your spot. This deposit will be
applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance of $900 must be paid by:
January 15th
3. Cancellation; Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a participant cancels their attendance, all monies paid may be forfeited unless otherwise
approved by the organizer in writing.
Due to the planning, reservations, transportation arrangements, and specialty event
preparation involved in this retreat, no refunds will be guaranteed after payment has been
made.
4. Transfer / Spot Swap Policy
Participants may request to transfer their spot to another individual only with prior written
approval from Woolen Women Fibers.
All transfer requests must be submitted no later than January 15, 2027.
After January 15, 2027, no participant substitutions or transfers will be permitted.
***5. Hotel; Lodging Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for booking, managing, and paying for their own hotel***
accommodations unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
Woolen Women Fibers is not responsible for hotel availability, booking errors,
cancellations, pricing changes, or accommodation disputes.
6. Transportation
Transportation provided during the retreat will be available for the mini yarn crawl only and is exclusive to guests who have purchased a ticket with us. If you have friends or family joining us they will need their own transportation (sorry there won't be enough seats on the ride!)
Participants will be informed of time intervals in which the transportation will be available
during the yarn crawl. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are with the group to
utilize the transportation at the designated pick-up times during the crawl.
Participants are responsible for all travel arrangements to and from the retreat destination,
including flights, airport transportation, parking fees, and incidental travel expenses.
7. Itinerary Changes
Retreat activities, yarn shop visits, dining plans, schedules, and experiences are subject to
change due to weather, business availability, unforeseen circumstances, or organizer
discretion.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in this retreat, participants acknowledge that they attend voluntarily and
assume responsibility for their own safety and belongings.
Woolen Women Fibers, its organizers, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury,
illness, theft, loss, accidents, travel interruptions, or damages occurring before, during, or
after the retreat.
9. Participant Conduct
This retreat is intended to be a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, businesses,
transportation providers, hotel staff, and organizers.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive,
unsafe, abusive, or harmful to the experience of others. No refund will be issued in such
cases.
10. Photography; Media Release
By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for photographs and video taken
during the event to be used by Woolen Women Fibers for promotional, marketing, and
social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
11. Agreement; Signature
We will be sending this waiver and a food/allergy waiver to you after you sign up- they must be signed and returned to us before attending the retreat.
Please list all food allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions related to food that we should be aware of. IMPORTANT: If you have no known food allergies or dietary restrictions, you must write "NONE" in the space provided
