Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us immediately. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you within reason to resolve any issues. We will only accept returns/refunds for issues with integrity of the product (broken or otherwise). If you have issues with color or something else please still contact us- we can try to do an exchange with you within reason. We are a dyed to order company so refunds and returns are on a case by case basis.
Our terms for an approved refund/return are as follows:
Yarn must have the yarn in original, sellable condition including the tag. It must not be wound into a ball (either by you or by us) and must not smell like anything other than yarn (smoke, pets, essential oils, etc.)
Yarn must be returned to our studio within one week for you to receive your refund.
Custom orders, Club colorways, Sale Items, One of a kind colorways, and Pre-orders are NOT returnable or refundable.
Return shipping will not be refunded and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
