Box pre orders have specific dates in their listings and our WoolenYarnBox ships end of month in batches each month. We make all your yarny goodies handmade to order, special for YOU!

Shipping policy

 

As WoolenWomenFibers is dyed to order and all charms are made to order,  special for you! - Processing time is 7-10 business days for YARN ONLY orders and 3 weeks when your order contains charms, project bags, or candles- for charm only orders ordered through the SamsTinyTrinkets collection page there will be specific pre order dates listed. These times do not apply to any boxed sets with pre-order dates. These shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. This is only handling time and is NOT included in your estimated shipping time. We appreciate your patience as we make your sets absolutely gorgeous for you!

Once packages leave our studio we have no control over them and are not responsible for any delays.
WoolenWomenFibers is not responsible for import tax or duties incurred for international shipping.

If you believe your package is lost please follow the steps on the USPS website. First file a Help Request Form.  If that does not get your package to you in 7 business days, you can then file a Missing Mail Search Request. You will need the tracking number provided to you via email - please note that these sometimes get caught in spam or promotional folders.

We certainly want your package to arrive to you, and will help when and where we can.  

We will not be able to discuss issuing a refund/replacement until 60 days after receiving a copy of your Missing Mail Request.  This is to allow the postal system to recover from this crisis and to locate your package.
